Hi new to this site and in need of help.
I am approximately 6-7 weeks pregnant and for the past 5 days I've experienced extreme morning sickness. Think it's now time to do something about it as I'm dehydrated, exhausted and struggling to look after my 14 month old. Should I just go straight over to a&e or should I phone nhs24 first? Or even my maternity ward?

Definately do something about it, it's awful but there are things can be done for you. I would contact nhs direct or your antenatal clinic and they'll advise you. Good luck, hope you get some support x
