Just as the title says really! Bump was measuring small at my midwife appointment yesterday, it's grown a bit since the last one but not as much as it should have done so I'm having another scan.
She did tell me not to panic but it's difficult not to be a little bit worried as I'm not really sure how likely it is that anything is wrong, or how much of a problem it is if there is. Has anyone else had a growth scan around this stage for measuring small? What did the reason turn out to be? Any experiences would be appreciated!

This happened with both my pregnancies and both Dds were perfect and healthy weight when they were born. Best of luck op Smile

Everything fine at the scan today! Baby is estimated to be 5lb 3oz now and should be around the top end of 6lb something at birth Smile
Thankyou again everyone who replied.

I had scans at 35/36 with 2 of my pg and they were nonsense - one said very small baby (he was 7 14) and the other said massive 10 pounder must have a Ceserian! (I didn't and he was 7 8) my smallest. ironically the reason I had them was that my first was a bit big and got badly stuck (8 4) but nobody bothered to check!

I think scans near the end must be much, much less accurate judging anecdotally. I guess it makes sense as they are much more squashed up in there than near the beginning and its presumably harder to get measurements.
