Feeling worse each week

Is this normal?Since 6 weeks I've been feeling worse and worse each passing day, more nausea, more tired etc. I had two pretty easy pregnancies before so have no real experience of sickness.I have one of each so I don't think it's an indication of the sex or anything.

Has anyone who has/has had sickness noticed a pattern to it?Does it continually get worse before it gets better? I sometimes worry my DH will think I'm putting it on/exaggerating as I never had it like this before!
Almost 9 weeks now and just feel awful.Hmm

I have felt worse and worse since week 6 and I'm now almost 11 weeks and still feel terrible! This is my second and I am definitely worse this time round than last time. I am so exhausted and feel sick all day every day.

I am hoping things will start to improve soon as I have honestly forgotten what it feels like to feel normal and feel so sorry for my DD. This probably isn't much help to you but at least you know you're not alone!

I was the same. Now 16 weeks and for the past few weeks have been feeling much better (although not perfect) and actually doing things other than crawling into bed!

I felt worse with each passing week. Now 13 and starting to feel a little better

Yep. I thought I was getting better last week but now at 10 weeks I feel awful again. I was on hols last week and facing a working week this so I have no idea how I'll get through it.

I think 9-10 weeks was pretty much a peak of feeling hideous for me, first pregnancy felt almost entirely better at 11 weeks, 2nd it was 20 weeks and 3rd it was a lot more like 30. I can't help partly attributing some of that to 3 pregnancies in 4 years.

I found the first trimester was very hard with nausea, vomiting, no energy, low mood, etc. I did have hyperemesis though! By about 16 weeks I was feeling alot more human. One plus side I did find was that when I feel a bit rubbish now, I can cheer myself up with the thought that it's no where near as bad as I've been. Not sure this helps but I hope you're coping and start to feel better soon.

For me it got worse from week 6 until week 8-9 which was horrendous, then it started to get better but very very slowly. Still had awful days right up until about week 18. Could eat a better selection of things by week 12 though still felt exhausted, nauseous and just not great. Had the odd good day from 12 weeks onwards and was much better by week 18, and felt really good (almost normal) by week 24.
Everyone is so different though. I would advise you take your vitamins as being depleted of things can add to feeling awful. I stopped taking mine temporarily as felt so sick and thought they were making it worse, but wish I hadn't as was slightly anaemic, which contributed to the tiredness.
Good luck ladies - it's bloody awful isn't it! I hope you all feel better soon. I'm 38 weeks now and life is much easier than it was in the first bit - even though I am waddling and knackered again.

The only thing that I can eat today and yesterday without wanting to throw up straight after are wheat crunchies.Pretty certain that even with the prenatal vitamins that is not going to provide my baby with enough nutrition!!
