Morning sickness - where has it gone??

Now, I'm not complaining, I'm just curious and if I'm honest, a tiny bit worried.

Had BFP last week, estimate currently 6-7 weeks along. For the last 10 or so days, have had lots of nausea and some hacking coughing/retching, most in the morning, but quite a lot throughout the day too.

This morning - nothing. Compared to waking up feeling like I've spent the night on a spin cycle, this is great... but is it normal for it to stop so abruptly? Has anyone else experienced this? Does it mean anything - good or bad? And will it come back, or can I relax (please please please)?

It can come and go, and some people don't get it too much at all, some people don't get any.

Try not to worry about it, it's not a sign of anything bad unless you get other symptoms. It might come back with vengeance later anyway (I hope for your sake it doesn't, I had 32 weeks of MS, and it's not fun!)

I also woke up one morning and my nausea was gone... I was about 11/12 weeks and assumed it would make a re-appearance but so far, it hasn't (I'm 23 weeks now)... I understand why you might be worried, I took my feeling nauseous as a sign everything was okay and found it oddly reassuring... I did find myself worrying a little bit until I started to feel my baby move. Try not to worry, and enjoy feeling 'normal' again :)

It may just be a trick!

I had exactly this about 10 days ago, then it got to dinner time and the ms came back with a vengeance :(

I'm 10+5 now and hoping that it stays away for good soon
