I swear mine is determined to bruise myself and DH while we're sleeping and I'm only 17+1!

DH says he felt him kick his palm and hip a few times and I wake up to him having a go at my blatter and uterus. I've woken up so many times because of the constant kicking (I love my sleep, dammit Grin), and they're really strong too!

When we try to get him to kick during the day he's not having it, I don't feel him at all but once darkness desends he goes mental. He seems to be worse when I sleep half on DH - which is the only way I can sleep comfortably!

Anyone else experiencing the woes and joys of a noctural baby? :)

My DD was a nocturnal gymnast! She's now 2.8yo and a lovely little live wire (as well as a bit of a night owl) so brace yourself, your LO might be the same in the outside world!

I actually think it's something to do with how when you're up and about during the day it rocks them to sleep... Lovely that your DH can feel movement already.

I already have live wires, I'm hoping for a lazy baby! Grin

DH was the first to feel him kick, I think they bonded over it Grin as DH only has to poke my stomach and sing to him and he goes even more crazy. I talk and swear he purposely aims for my bladder Hmm

I think they're all like this - when you are moving around in the day you are rocking them to sleep; at night when you stop moving they wake up.

They are the same after they're born too Grin
