Hiya, I'm 29weeks.
I know my baby is lying transverse. The midwife can't work out which end is the head and which end is the bottom but knows the baby is lying straight across. It certainly feels like the baby is kicking my bladder/vagina area ALL THE TIME!
I seem to remember the man who did our 4d scan said her head was to the left, but not 100% certain, I didn't take a lot of notice because I didn't realise the significance of it at the time, thought she still had time to move.
I can find some stuff online which talks about moving the baby, doing various tilting exercises, lying upside down etc. However, surely it matters where the baby starts or the it might turn breech??? Or do they all work for all transverse baby's?
