I was sick during the night in one of my pregnancies

Doctor advised me not to eat past 6pm and this did help tbh

I found I felt most sick/ was more sick either at 8am or by dinner time. I found the trick was to never let myself get hungry as this made it worse. Only once did I have to get up in the middle of the night to be sick x

Google 'hyperemesis gravidarum'. Trust me, it could be a lot worse.

If it's really bothering you your GP can give you anti sickness tablets. I'm nearly 36 weeks pregnant and I've been on them for 30 weeks. Sad

I think it's massively unhelpful to tell somebody 'it could be worse' because you think they're not suffering as much as you.
Op have you tried all the usual remedies? At 12 weeks you are more than likely near the end of sickness. Monitor what you're eating in the evenings, don't overload your stomach. Hope you feel better soon.

Being sick is miserable. So sorry that you have to deal with that! I had horrid sickness for far too long with this pregnancy. Morning noon and night, and all the usual remedies didn't do much to help. I did find if I was able to rest more, I'd be less ill the following day. Still works that way and I'm 33 weeks now (but don't worry it is way better now than it was a 12 weeks!) Hoping you're on the home stretch for nausea!
