Shocked, or am I a prude?

Have just been browsing on Ebay for some baby things and came across a short sleeved baby vest with the slogan:-

'All Daddy wanted was a blowjob'

Now is it just me or is that a bit inappropriate for a baby to wear?

Thought was amusing until I saw it was on a baby vest. You most definitely are not a prude.

Lalalax3 · 24/07/2014 12:41

WOAH! That's funny in theory but in reality it's so so wrong!

Ohwhatsoccuring · 24/07/2014 12:44

Can you imagine your MIL reading it? Haha awkward.

Haha my MILs reaction would be the only reason I would buy one! I would think that got once she would be speechless.

Branleuse · 24/07/2014 12:50

mildly funny.

Its supposed to be shocking and innapropriate, and baby cant read.

They want to shock people like you

I wouldn't want to buy a t-shirt that has something so OBVIOUS written on it. Of course daddy wants a blow job, all men want blow jobs. Haha.

But yes, obviously horrid on a baby item.

MostWicked · 24/07/2014 13:02

I am most definitely not a prude, but I find slogans like that utterly vile.
I don't like any rude slogans on kids clothes.

Redling · 24/07/2014 13:31

I think it's grim putting stuff like that on baby clothes. I'm not a prude but having something so sexualised on baby clothes isn't really funny, it's just a bit tacky.

FoodieMum3 · 24/07/2014 14:06

Ok, I'll admit that I have just laughed out loud but there is no WAY I would put that on a baby, or think it funny if I saw a baby wearing one in real life.

LBNM19 · 24/07/2014 14:13

I don't even think its funny, anyone that would put that on a baby is vile

moggle · 24/07/2014 14:23

But surely no one would actually put it on a baby! Oh I really hope not... I mean I assume it's the kind of thing 'the ladz' would buy their mate as a laugh when his baby is born, dad may show it to the mum who says hmm (at best) and hides it away until maybe one day when everything has been pooed / vommed on, they find it at the bottom of a drawer, baby wears it inside out for an hour while the tumble dryer's on...

onedogatoddlerandababy · 24/07/2014 14:25

Yup, classy Hmm

Not nice on baby clothes really is it. Though we have a rule of no slogans on baby clothes, no daddy's little princess/mummy's angel here! [miser] Grin

seasavage · 24/07/2014 17:58

I really hope noone would put
'sorry boys daddy says I can't date until I'm 30' on a baby either
But it exists too.

Aley009 · 24/07/2014 18:48

no you are not a prude it is very inappropriate on baby clothes whether they can read or not

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 24/07/2014 21:45

Yuk!

MultipleMama · 24/07/2014 21:58

I bought one that said "daddy's little squirt" with a sperm on it, baby wore it on one occassion; to shock the hell out of my catholic MIL who agreed to take her out for the day. She completely freaked out and went on a massive rant... we were so tempted not tell her it was a joke and that her proper outfit was in the changing bag. Grin

Loveallmyboys · 25/07/2014 08:39

^awesome!! multiple

dancestomyowntune · 25/07/2014 08:44

I don't think it's appropriate on baby wear.

I'm wondering, though, how many pregnant women would wear a maternity top with that on. I wouldn't, but I bet there are some who would!

busyDays · 25/07/2014 15:44

That did make me laugh, but it must surely be meant as a joke present rather then something a baby would ever actually wear.

ShadowFall · 25/07/2014 15:47

Definitely inappropriate and tasteless as baby wear.
