ive been tied for 3 years and today found out i was pregnant by home preg test i missed a period since july thought it was just hormones
guess i had a shock today. anyway been told by a doctor today that theres a 60% chance i may have a ectopic pregnancy this is scaring the hell out of me due to have tubes tied im going to loo a lot and brests are hurting like my other pregnancys but im terrified that it may be ectopic ive had 4 healty kids well they are healty now wasnt when born and i had a baby who died at 6 months preg due to downs can anyone ease my mind doctor says if i get blood or pains in my stomuch i should go to hospital
im getting cramps but not sure if that is what he means please help

Sorry, thought you said you'd only just missed a period which would be too early to scan, if you think you might be later, perhaps you better get on to early preg unit. Family planning clinics usually have an in-room scanner too, that's where I had my first one and they sent me on to hospital. Good luck.

Forget waiting a week, you need to call your local Early Pregnancy Unit now and book a scan ( probably a bit late on a fri eve to tell you that - sorry) I have had an ectopic and for my following pregnancy I was scanned at 5 weeks, in case of another.

I do not want to scare you, but you must take this very seriously.
