Please HELP! How can I raise my BP

Went to see my doctor for regular check up. I'm 26 weeks on Saturday!
My BP was 92/60, my doctor wasn't concerned at all.
As my BP is normal between 100/68 to 110/68

She told me that she is leaving and that as of beginning of September she will no longer be my doctor. I didn't think much of it when I left the office, but on my way home I started to shake, my body felt like pudding and I was dizzy.. I blamed it on being hungry.

Well in the evening I spoke with my family and heard some unpleasant news that in my eyes are worrying (even my husband finds it strange and my brother) but in my parents view everything is good (long story not going into details now)
Anyway I went to bed but couldn't fall asleep as I constantly thought about it.
Finally fell asleep but woke up panicking, short of breath and my body feels like pudding again.
Is there anything I can do to raise my BP instead of it dropping it..
I can't see my doctor for 4 weeks now (well I could but she thinks everything is normal, even my pain at where they removed my gall bladder in December as it is still a sore area and baby is putting pressure on it, having lost a bit of my mucus plug on the weekend and. Getting a bunch of Braxton hicks - normal)

Sorry for being long again you can tell I'm panicking

Hart, do you suffer health anxiety? That's what I'm picking up from your post. Sorry if I'm wrong. I have low blood pressure, normally, much lower than the readings you've just had, but when I'm pregnant it goes through the floor and makes me feel pretty terrible. All I can say is keep your blood sugar up, when I don't eat my dizziness gets much worse. I was told to eat more salt too but I wasn't really happy about that recommendation so didn't do it. In my experience, there's nothing a doctor can really do about low blood pressure. If it was high, they'd help you bit as it is you'll just have to struggle on. Tbh there's. It been a huge drop in your blood pressure, but pregnancy plus this heat will make you feel a bit crappy anyway. But I do think you need to seek out help for anxiety if it's an issue for you.

Thanks! I was thinking that too already. And spoke to my doctor about it but she said everything is fine and because this time I'm expecting a girl my pregnancy is different from my first etc.. I had a lot of problems with heart palpitation with my first pregnancy. But not in this one..

I agree with previous advice - food a good constant supply helps, and also in my case a small amount of coffee although I'm not recommending that for you! In wouldn't worry about low BP too much.

I have low blood pressure and have been advised to stay really, really well hydrated, that seems to help me.
I don't think doctors are concerned about low blood pressure, as apart from making your dizzy when you stand up, it doesn't have many health risks.

I'm another with low blood pressure - lower than yours when it was first taken in pregnancy, but usually at the very low end of 'normal'. Midwife told me to make sure I was eating something every two hours, and stay hydrated. Told me to sit up on the edge of the bed in the morning for a minute before standing up, and said I was lucky in that hopefully I would avoid the problems associated with high blood pressure in pregnancy. I would recommend having some biscuits or sweets in your bag at all times though in case you start feeling a bit dizzy while out and about, raising the blood sugar is a good stopgap solution until you can sit down and eat something more substantial.
I would say if you are eating and drinking sensibly then I wouldn't focus on the BP but instead try and find some strategies for relaxing when you start feeling stressed out. Good luck with it all x

I wouldn't worry too much about low BP in itself. Mine is naturally low and has been through the floor in this pregnancy - lower than yours - and still is at 36 wks. I've never felt unwell low and I think it's because I drink so much water, I've always been one for constantly drinking. Everywhere you go, have a bottle of water with you.

What are your iron levels like? Anaemia can cause low blood pressure and this plagued me all the way through pregnancy. I had to spend the last three months of pregnancy chomping iron tablets, eating beef/watercress/spinach etc constantly and taking Spatone.
