I was suffering quite badly with SPD, the school run was unbearable & it was making simple tasks impossible!
I was sent to physiotherapy at the hospital which was nothing I expected, we were told it will get worse as you get bigger, there's not much you can do and support belts take months on the NHS!
I took up doing ante-natal yoga two nights a week just on DVD and It's gone! No more SPD whatsoever. They focus a lot on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles as well as other muscles which help with labour. So I just thought I'd tell anyone who is suffering it may be worth a try! It also makes me sleep a lot better!
