Can't bloody sleep, both legs twitching away - 37 + 3 and DS3 doesn't sleep well. Desperate for some rest Sad. Tried bananas, what else can I do? Never had this before. Huff.

Struggled with this but mostly just in one leg for my almost whole pregnancy - so infuriating and uncomfortable !! It went away completely after I had a cranial osteopathy session to balance my pelvis - cannot recommend Carlo at The Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick enough !

I found drinking tonic water helped, as it does for cramps. Think it's the quinine.

Try all the things good for cramps:
Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium (bananas/fruit) Salt, Tonic water, hydrating well.
I drank loads of milk and tonic water, ate bananas, was generous with salt on my food, took my vitamins and also a magnesium supplement. It helped the most horrific of cramps and restless legs can be caused by similar deficiencies.
Do some stretching and deep breathing. You need to get the blood flowing to your legs to deliver the nutrients and good oxygen supplies too. Yoga is good.

Massage helped - my husband giving them a goo rub before I went to bed was the best thing.
