Had my 12 week scan on the 23rd of May and was told that the printer was broken so you would send the pictures. 2 weeks later and still nothing, I've been in to the hospital twice to ask whether the printer is now working and was told the first time that it wasn't and the second time (by a very rude receptionist) that she didn't know, she wouldn't find someone else to talk to me, and if they haven't arrived in another two weeks to call.

Am I just being a crazy pregnant person in this making me feel really angry and upset?? No one ever answers the phone there either so worried that I'm never going to get the pictures Confused

No I think your completely reasonable ! I know people say scans aren't a photo opportunity and they are for diagnostic purposes but everyone loves getting a picture from the scan!
It makes it feel real and I love looking at mine. I was already shocked finding out I had to pay £4 for a small picture - but that's a different story!
Keep chasing I hope you get your picture :)

I had to pay a tenner for 3! The sonographer gave me 5 in the end - was the end of the day, I think he was in a good mood.

I had my 10 and 12 week scans privately, so got photos for 'free' - by which I mean £400. Haha.

Our sonographer from Fetal Medecine Centre was surprised to hear our NHS hospital charged £1 a photo (she'd have a heart attack if she heard it was even more for others), explaining that these photos cost 1p. The NHS have a cash cow there :)
