Hi sicknspan. Welcome! Grin

Seems like a lot of us have suffered from HG or severe nausea and vomiting. Makes me wonder if statistically it is more common than acknowledged (or perhaps increasing?)
Mine has eased in the last few weeks thankfully and no longer needing medication but I must say I've become a bit of a professional at vomiting. Can't wait I enjoy food again (hence the OPWink)
I understand your nervousness about a sweep. My worst case scenario would be contracting for days and no progression or major intervention. But I am trying everything I can at this stage as if I go to next week they want to induce me Confused (DD1 was 10lbs 5oz VD at 40+4 so the option was VD 'on schedule' or ELCS- not what I want with a toddler to look after).
My first birth was similar to yours in that waters broke and everything progressed rather quickly from there. About 10 hours from first contraction to baby but then suffered shoulder dystocia, PPH due to biiiiig baby and retained placenta. But this time has been really different. I thought second and subsequent babies were meant to fly out?! Your testament just proves that every labour can be different.
Keep us posted with any baby news!

Nunya, I'm being induced because my bp keeps on yo-yoing, but no protein or anything else so at least they're not inducing me early.

I'm resigned to it now, went on a long walk yesterday, spent hours on the ball, had a hot bath and went to bed with tightenings but nope, he's comfy.

Hey ladies! I'm still here. Still pregnant. 4 days over now.
I have tried: pineapple, curry (vindaloo), sex, bouncing on yoga ball, lots of walking, 2 sweeps, nipple twiddling, warm bath...
What am I not doing? DD was 4 days over too and even my maternity clothes are not fitting any more. I wouldn't be in such a rush if I wasn't being induced next Wednesday. So far have been losing plug and some on/off tightening, but apart from that nothing to indicate she's on her way! Gah! I got asked today if I was expecting twins. TWINS! ConfusedBlush
