Just that really at 9 weeks. Need 10 hours a night, at least, or falling asleep at desk or wheel nearly. Can't make a full day through work without total exhaustion. Is this normal ???

Yes the tiredness is horrific, especially at 9 or 10 weeks. It's also weakness. I found it very hard to move around, to lift my limbs. My body was just saying NO. My DH even gave me a wad of cash and told me to go out and spend it on whatever I wanted. I did not have the energy! I am twelve weeks now and it is still sitting in my underwear drawer.

I was too tired to look nice, brush hair, brush teeth, wear moisturiser. All I wanted to do was eat, drink, distract myself from nausea, and sleep.

I had some tiredness (maybe a nap on a Sunday afternoon) but not much. I genuinely put it down to vitamin b6. Its amazing stuff. I was using it as we were trying for a baby, little did I know I was over a month pregnant already when I found out.

Its safe in pregnancy so worth a go.
