6+3 just started bleeding

I have taken myself to bed, but what should I do, do I need to go to my gp tomorrow? Would they do anything?

I have lots of big fibriods within my lining, with no where for a pregnancy to grow, this one was on my c section scar near my cervix, didn't stand a chance, so thats it for us xx

He is upset, but also worried about what treatment I now need. The lady at the epu that did the scan was lovely. Very pleased I went doctors and got sent there

I am going to post in pregnancy loss area today, as this isn't the place for me to posting and don't want to cause upset.
