Pilates in pregnancy

Just wondering if it is worth swapping to an antenatal class if I've been doing normal pilates for nearly 2 yrs now (only weekly)? If so, when? My teacher has lots of experience with pregnancy and is happy to have me there until labour, but I'm guessing at some point there'll be so many exercises I can't do it won't be worth it any more!
What is the difference between normal and pregnancy classes?
I'm only 9 weeks now so plenty of time to plan but was just wondering. So far the normal class is fine although tiredness is a factor (the class doesn't finish til 9:30 when I'm usually heading to bed at the moment!).

I'm 28 weeks and still find Pilates very useful. My teacher has me sitting on a ball doing exercise and believe me it's still a work out. Great for pelvic floor as well which is very important. My teacher is fantastic and u know she will have me there till I'm ready to drop.

long as I can. It's included in my gym / swim membership and if I do prenatal elsewhere I'll have to pay more!

As long as your teacher has prenatal qualifications, I can't see a problem. Unfortunately mine doesn't and I've had to stop :(

Hello, I am 14 weeks and would like to get a Pilates DVD. Any recommendations?
