Hot water bottles

Can I use one? I'm 40+3 weeks and my back is getting pretty painful I don't really want to take pain killers so am thinking a hot water bottle might ease some of the pain

I did while I was pregnant. Just if you start to feel a bit warm, take it away. Not long now and baby will be here. Back pain is poo!

I hope so numero! will boil some water up before I have a shower then hopefully it'll of cooled down a bit once I make it up

I was wondering this too, I thought a nice warm hot water bottle would help with the odd pain!

Im 29+4 and I've been living with hot water bottle attached to my back for a few weeks x

I wish I'd of known sooner! It's such a nice relief have manage to wedge it in my back in the well of my feeding pillow :)

I've been using hot water bottle for months never occurred to me not to, oops!

I used one but not as hot as I would normally, or sometimes I would use to warm up sofa/bed before sitting/lying to dilute the heat that

Yes I have a heat pack which is in a wrap around yge back cover, life saver with spd pain!

I'm 29 weeks and dependent on mine. Just been to a back and pelvic pain physio class, and the physio leading it recommended hot water bottles for achy pains and cold water bottles/ice packs for sharp/shooting pains if that helps at all.
