Can I use one? I'm 40+3 weeks and my back is getting pretty painful Sad I don't really want to take pain killers so am thinking a hot water bottle might ease some of the pain

I did while I was pregnant. Just if you start to feel a bit warm, take it away. Not long now and baby will be here. Back pain is poo!

I used one but not as hot as I would normally, or sometimes I would use to warm up sofa/bed before sitting/lying to dilute the heat that

I'm 29 weeks and dependent on mine. Just been to a back and pelvic pain physio class, and the physio leading it recommended hot water bottles for achy pains and cold water bottles/ice packs for sharp/shooting pains if that helps at all.
