I am 10 weeks with DC3. I fancy nothing. I haven't been sick and I am not too bad with MS, but nothing appeals to me. I have gone off most things I loved (e.g. pop chips, meat, pizza, pretty much any main meal). I am doing the Ocado and I need to order something because last week I ordered nothing and now I am feeling very very sick for having an empty stomach (going to the grocery store is out of the question). I am gluten free. Suggestions?

toast and cream cheese but if you only eat that for 4 days you will get constipated. (lesson learnt)
I can now eat Fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, miso, veg or tomato soup, nuts, popcorn and for some reason I am loving fruit pastels?

for 14 weeks was able to eat nothing but white toast and butter
now Ive moved onto cheese and oranges but that's about it
anything else still makes my stomach queasy and even the thought or look or food will set off the nausea and turning the oven on sets it off too!

Have to force the small amount of food I am consuming down otherwise I would eat nothing at all
can manage sweets in small quantities
normally Im a very healthy person but that has all gone out the window and now am just eating small food that only turns my stomach slightly!

I made smoothies with frozen berries and Greek yoghurt. It's like ice cream (use berries straight from the freezer). I sometimes added sweetener or banana in too.

I also had a 'brown & crunchy" phase. Toast, bagels, crackers, hash browns and potato waffles!

I feel so much better reading these comments. I also started with the idea of being very healthy and so far I can only eat bread, cheese, yogurt and fruit juices… Agh! I can't stand vegetables and fish! But I keep thinking that if my body can't take it surely it's for a reason. hmm!

Wholemeal muffins toasted are god for brown n crunchy. I add marmite. Useful fibre too!

Toast, cereal bars and flapjacks where all I could stomach for a while.

White bread, chicken and chicken soup, kettle chips (salt and balsamic vinegar), mild cheese like gouda, tangerines, cereal bars and yoghurt. Someone posted that sorbet is good which does sound really appealing.
Normally like veggies and healthy food, but it's a struggle at the moment.

I've totally gone off anything sweet with this pregnancy. And a lot of other foods. Mature cheddar cheese with toast and butter works for me, sometimes with pickle. Had tomato soup (not the creamy sort) for lunch on ds1's request and was fine. I also find it helps to have a bowl of plain cereal like weetabix (so want shreddies but they don't do anything like that here :( ) as soon as I get up helps to stop me feeling too sick. Its the horrible irony with me of not fancying anything to eat but feeling more sickif I don't eat!

Try different things, I've wanted something completely different with each of my 4 pregnancies, dd it was choc and orange juice, ds1 it was salty stuff like bacon (yuk now!) And ds2 I ate horseradish sauce out the jar at one point - highly nutritious Hmm. They all turned out fine though Grin

I was going to say crisps.
Maybe breadsticks, twiglets, banana chips if you are craving the crunch.
I lived on crushed up ice cubes, cold chicken with salt on and salt and vinegar crisps.
