Hiya! Just after some advice if at all possible

Here goes :)

Me and my hubby have been TTC for 18 months and where on a 3 month course of clomid. In total done 6 pregnancy test's over the past few days (a bit much I know) all tests are positive. I have had a false positive in the past, so just wanted to make sure.
My period is late, and my last period was 24.12.13 (so would be about 4 weeks pregnant...i think)

I still have those doubts though. I don't really have any symptoms apart from sore breasts but it comes and goes, but that's about it.

Had pains in my stomach yesterday and went to the out of hours doctors, been diagnosed with a urine infection. Not had one before, but the doctor said it was quite common in early pregnancies but didn't actually test me to confirm I was pregnant

I go to see my GP Wednesday, so I am just after reassurance that I am pregnant and everything is normal and what to expect on Weds; my first appointment.

Sorry for the long message, as it is early day's I am trying to keep quiet until past the 3 months. But by doing this I also feel a bit lonely and scared as I don't know what to expect.

Ejb, when I went to the docs for my first appointment (after 5 days after my first positive) I was asked if I'd done a pregnancy test and said yes, 15. The doctor laughed and actually wrote it on my notes. I didn't really get many symptoms at all for a few weeks, soreish boobs but that was it. I think they really started to kick off around 6 weeks, and now I'm 10 weeks I feel like I've been sick and tired forever, so it'll come : ) would recommend getting a couple of digital tests if you need the reassurance. It's nice to see the word pregnant appear, rather than lines, and if you do it again a few weeks later you'll hopefully see the pregnancy weeks progress too. Congratulations!

Ejb..... I work in a hospital lab and part of my job is doing the pregnancy test for GP's.

Congratulations, you ARE pregnant, relax and enjoy the ride! Xx

(Very rarely we get very very faint lines appear on the test strips, in this case we ask for a repeat 48hrs later. 90% of the time these then come back positive. They are usually because the urine was from early on. If your period is late and you have had numerous positives with a definite line then you are pregnant Grin
