I've got hg which is a bit different, but there are a few tricks I picked up just from trial and error and also from the ladies on the hg support thread.
I've been on medication for months now as I got so ill that I had to be admitted to hospital (being sick 30+ times per day, not able to keep any fluid at all let alone food down for days etc etc), and I've been in and out of hospital ever since about the 6 week mark. That being said, for me on a good day even on medication, I'm still sick around 10 - 15 times, so medication isn't a cure sadly although it can help.
I'm not sure if it is different for morning sickness, but you say you're sick around 4 times per day, are these at set times or just after you eat? Are there any times of day or night when you feel less sick? If you can figure out any safe periods, then I would just try to cram as much food and fluid in during those as possible, even if it means getting up in the middle of the night to eat and drink.
Different things work for different people too, I found the smell of anything orange or lemon scented really helped, I have been known to sit in a nice deep bubble bath using orange scented bath foam and with citrus candle lit whilst eating little bits of mashed potato or drinking capri sun or sucking on ice lollies! Sounds crazy, but the water and the citrus scent helped me not be sick for long enough to keep things down. I still felt extremely nauseus though, it just helped delay actually being sick.
On that note, sniffing a cut fresh lemon I found really helped me, as did ice cold fluids.
Are you also taking a pregnancy multi vitamin? I tried to keep one down every day, and although I dind't always succeed it made me feel less worried on the days when I did as I knew at least I was getting a nutrient boost.
On the exhaustion front, I still feel exhausted all the time and I'm 20 weeks, my iron levels are very good (which I found shocking, considering the hg) so I think this is just a part of pregnancy. I think it does get better for most people in the 2nd tri, as does the sickness for most, so hang in there.
Sorry, just realised that I've written an essay, hope some of this is useful anyway!
