Loss of Symptoms and worried

I should be just 6 weeks pregnant. Laat weekend I had terrible cramping in my lower stomach which I told myself was just ligaments stretching. At the beginning of last week I had really terrible nausea for three day and was completely exhausted (coincided with returning to work from xmas holidays).

But since Friday I have felt completely fine, my symtoms have gone and if anything I have more energy than usual. Yesterday I even forgot I was pregnant and accidently ate some pateShock .

I am worried as I had a miscarriage in June at 9 weeks, but sac was empty and measured 6 weeks. I'm so scared this has happened again. I was very unwell with nausea and tiredness during that pregnancy.

I have a three year old ds and ny pregnancy with him was completely symtom free, no sickness or cravings just exhaustion. But I was younger at the time (21) so perhaps just coped better.

Has anyone lost all symptoms and everything been fine? I have a private scan booked for 8 weeks on 1st feb but that seems so far away.

6 weeks is very early for nausea, and symptoms do come and go throughout early pregnancy. I had the opposite experience, by far the worst early pregnancy symptoms were in the pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, so symptoms don't necessarily mean anything. Just try to remember that the chances are that all is ok, in a week or 2 you will probably be suffering from some sort of symptoms and wishing they would ease off Grin

Thanks rock chick it is just so hard not to worry about everything. I hope the next three weeks til my scan pass quickly.

My last pregnancy ended in mc and I also had horrendous symptoms and my healthy pregnancy with ds I had no symptoms at all. I'm just worried that no symtoms means mc as I have heard people say that.

Any tips for making it through the first twelve weeks without freaking out?

Erm... No tips really other than try to relax (yeah right, I know!) but if you know that normal for you is to not have many symptoms then just focus on that as a positive.

I'm now 33 weeks, and I don't think I managed to relax until after my 20 week scan and I was feeling regular kicks!
