Yes, we use them if we go away (normally cloth). They are excellent. No problems. Ever.

But don't stock up... Every mum/dad/baby combination had a different favorite nappy. Friend of mine stocked up on Huggies and they always leaked got her dd!

sharonosaurus · 12/01/2014 19:49

Lidls are great for us, never leaked.

SweetPeaPods · 12/01/2014 19:52

Personally we preferred pampers new baby.

Indith · 12/01/2014 19:53

Yes I've found aldi good. I use cloth mostly, lidl, aldi, whatever is on offer for holidays etc.

Legalbaby79 · 12/01/2014 20:28

Great thank you ... I have one packet then going to trial and test others - as you do Smile

Yes I do but agree with bikerideski!

Firsttimemumtobe12 · 13/01/2014 01:36

Morrisons own are cheap and family members say rarely leak unlike pampers and huggies

I consider myself a nappy expert as DC2 has SN and is still in them at 4. Aldi nappies are excellent, best fit and good poo containment! Very like pampers which I used to use but much cheaper and better IMO. Have got my new born ones from Aldi ready for DC3 who's due to arrive in the next couple of weeks.

SaucyJack · 13/01/2014 10:51

Pampers newborn were/are my nappy of choice for the first few days. Much thinner and softer than any other other brands. Past the newborn days- then they're all much of a muchness* tbh. You put it on- baby poos in it- you take it off and stick it in the bin.

*Except for Huggies. They're a slightly different shape (longer and narrower) to most other brands and never fitted either of my older girls.

Can I ask a dumb question - what do you mean by cloth nappies, are they made of cloth like terry nappies and you wash them or is it the materials used are disposable cloth so they are reusable?

Legalbaby79 · 13/01/2014 16:22

I think cloth as in terry towel ones
