are you able to leave one in downstairs hallway? we're in similar situation and got a M&P urbo as relatively light and narrow. or some of the MacLaren type pushchairs can lie flat and so are suitable for newborns. you could use a sling sometimes as may be easier?

Hi there. Thanks for reply. No option to leave downstairs unfortunately! Thanks for recommendations though! X

This one has a free carry cot. Good investment ?

no prob! in that case you may want to have one handed folding ones (not urbo) so MacLaren type may be better although not forward facing ...

MN has a (well used) Pushchair topic. I think you'd find it helpful to look at th threads there - and you might get more/better replies if you ask MNHQ to move this thread.

In that situation, I'd go for a sling/carrier & a McLaren.

The new Babyzen Yoyo 0+ which is coming out this month weighs less than 6kg and folds up one-handedly, so it looks ideal for anyone who lives on the first floor or higher.

Baby jogger city mini, and a decent sling (not a baby bjorn, something like an Ergo or a Moby wrap). We lived second floor with no lift when I had DS and the baby jogger was fab - literally just lift it by the carry handle and it folds itself in half! Sling was a lifesaver if I knew I'd be coming home at naptime, otherwise I'd have to wake DS up to go inside!
