Shoulder blade pain

My left shoulder blade hurts every day,but not for long. Is this serious? Am quite worried.

Thats what I thought I would be like too, but I wasnt, I was privately utterly consumed by worry. Worrying wont do you any good though, but again, its easier said than done!

The worry will lift as time goes on,as fatty said, dont be hard on yourself!
