its not thst bad really. i wouldnt really worry unless it starts to go over Once it goes 140/90

ilovepowerhoop · 17/12/2013 17:02

that made little sense! if it goes over 140/90 then I would start to worry. What is it normally?

Mine was dangerously high - can't remember top number but bottom was 110 / 120 at times. Felt fine but ended up on lots of meds. Try not to worry, just keep an eye on it :-)

That's not high so don't worry, I had severe preeclampsia with me dd and my blood pressure went up to 130/200 and something, if u start to feel "funny"( I know that's a bit vague, but that's how I would describe it, as I just didn't feel "right") or get any swelling in ur hands or face just go straight to the maternity unit, which is what I did. Just try and relax and not think about it and raise ur feet high, and cut back on salt and u will be fine :) how many weeks are you? xx

I wouldn't worry about that - my highest reading was 138/89. GP wasn't too concerned and just had to get it rechecked a few days later, at which point it was absolutely fine.

I've been off with high bp for a fair few weeks now, at last midwife appointment it was 136/85 and she was happy with the result.

Anything under 140/90 is considered normal in pregnancy, really.
