I'm 22 weeks pregnant and never had chicken pox before. Neither have I been vaccinated against it. One of my colleagues son has caught it and the said colleague works in my team. Are there significant chances of me catching it through him?

Working with your colleague is against health and safety regulations. Speak to HR and ask them about your options. Also consult your midwife. Your work should really give you paid leave until you get the all clear from colleague/midwife

Are you able to work from home ? You should certainly avoid being exposed to chicken pox. Do you know if the colleague has had it? If they have it should be ok.
One of my colleagues had the mumps last week and I've insisted she works from home until the risk of infection has passed (I've not had it or been vaccinated).

I'm self employed, so not sure if HR would help. I tried ringing my midwife but the call goes unanswered .
Not sure if my colleague has had it.

I was exposed to CP at work when I was around 25 else pg, when a colleague brought in her dd who had it, because her childminder wouldn't have her.

I had CP as a child, but still went a bit crazy, and triggered a health and safety investigation. The conclusion was there there is little risk to an unborn baby in the middle trimester. This conclusion was drawn from medical advice from Occipational health doctors.
