Good books about birth to read during pregnancy?

Have just read 'A midwifes story' by Penny Armstrong, book about a midwife home-birthing in America...

Can anyone recommended any home-birth / natural birthing books to read? Also any about books about hypnobirthing...

I've read all of the 'what to expect' books in previous pregnancies so I'm looking for books that focus on the birth and the mother. I've had inductions and epidurals before so I know what to expect if I go down that route again...I know less about the hands off approach/following your instinct type births.

Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth. It's brilliant! All about natural birth, makes you feel good to be a woman!

She's also done Spiritual Midwifery, but I haven't read that one. Look up some of her speeches on YouTube too.

I love Ina May's Guide to Childbirth by Ina May Gaskin, Birth and beyond by Yehudi Gordon, Birth reborn by Michel Odent, Childbirth without fear by Grantly Dick-Read, Birth rocks! which is a Yogabellies founder's book whose name I can't remember....

Thank you!

I have also got the sample on the kindle of 'a wise birth' by Penny Armstrong, it also looks interesting.

Will definitely looking at your recommendations, I am planning to have a much calmer birth this time around.
