I'm on preg. #3 and have heard the old wives tale about hairier legs = boy pregnancy. Was this true for you?

I don't think my legs are hairier but my 'pits seem to spikier quicker- or am I just noticing more because it's summer?

I know it's all nonsense really but need to be indulged as 2 weeks to go before scan and am dying to know the gender. have always been to scared to ask before! Have 2 DDs already,

I think I got the same amount of hairier with DS and DD.

Have been told I am expecting a girl this time and my leg hair has almost stopped growing. When I was pregnant with DS it grew extremely fast.

In pg no. 1 my legs were def. less hairy (yay!) and I had a boy. 2nd pg, I didn't notice anything different from the usual hairiness and had another boy.

Well I think we can officially bin the hairy legs = boy theory as had my scan today and have been told is definitely a boy! And my legs aren't any hairier than during my girl pregnancies. In fact, I don't feel much different from my first preg which was a girl.

Conclusion - all old wives tales are pile of pants!
