Anterior placenta - feeling quite uncomfortable

Hi, had a 20wk scan today and everything looked fine which is a relief. However I do have an anterior placenta, but it's quite high up so no expected issues there.

But I've been feeling really uncomfortable for a week or so and its getting worse- it feels like pressure on the bump, and it's really difficult to get comfy sitting or lying down. And the bump's not even that big yet!

Has anyone else had this? Do you think its related to the placenta position or do you think it's worth mentioning to the midwife when I next see her (2 weeks)? Or am I just destined to be uncomfortable for the next 20 weeks?!

It might just be growing pains or if this is a second or subsequent pregnant, might be that you're feeling the baby's movements.
I've had 2 anterior placentas. First time it was low and that caused growth problems (although dc now a gorgeous normal sized 2 year old). This time round it's higher up and as you say that is better. However the baby is back to back and I'm getting pummelled by hands, feet etc at the front. The midwife at my last appointment laughed at the baby's position and said I must be feeling like the baby was everywhere. I do! I'm not sure this is dramatically different from what posterior placentas (is that the term?) feel like - but thought I'd share in case it helps.
Always mention any concerns though, whatever it may be.
