How do you know if you're leaking waters???

How do you know if you're leaking waters? I feel wet bit I know I haven't peed myself. I was sat on my bed and I could feel it coming Out (if that makes sense) my knickers are damp but when I wipe it's clear. Should I be worried ? I'm confused Sorry about tmi x

Hiya yeh went in and everything was fine but they said to call again if I'm ever worried and not to worry about wasting their time.
He was really nice and reassuring.
Dp got scared and thought we'd be coming home with a baby lol bless him.

Got his arse into gear about buying baby stuff now though. Whereas before he wasn't bothered.
