Spook, what did the court order say re maintenance for you? Just being pregnant won't necessarily stop it. Are you and gorgeous hunk officially living together? Because that's probably the thing that would stop it.

Check the terms of the court order. You might be able to get sh*tforbrains to fork out for a lot longer .
