I'll start with a bit of background: I had a mc in May after trying for ages, then found out I have PCOS and ovarian drilling was the best way forward. So I had it done privately at the end of August. While I was recovering I was made redundant and "let go" immediately. I managed to get a new job pretty quickly but after a pretty gruelling process (3 interviews, 2 rounds of tests and a presentation - for a PA that's intense!). I started my new job on Monday and found out yesterday I was pregnant. Obviously this is great news for DH and I, but I'm worried about my new employer's reaction. I have a post-op follow up at the end of Oct, so could tell them after that, but when? What do I tell them? How much do I tell them, baring in mind the added complications PCOS can bring in pregnancy... What do you think?
