Hi there, I can be a bit of a worrier so I just wanted to check with some other ladies about this!

Ordered chinese last night but there were way too many noodles to eat. Planned on refrigerating them once they cooled - but of course I forgot! Finally put them in the fridge at 7am this morning!

I would normally microwave them for lunch without a second thought but I'm 11 weeks pregnant which is giving me doubts. The Chinese is closed until this evening otherwise I'd just buy some fresh. I have such a noodle craving though!!

Oh, and they are plain fried noodles, like the ones in the top of this page:

Thank you! xx

I don't know, just didn't want to read and run! I wouldn't bother risking it tho tbh. Can you get super noodles?!!

Hi claire, thank you so much for replying - glad someone was nice enough to!

I think you're right, I won't risk it. Will have a salad or something for lunch (boo!!) Smile

I have been having warmed up Chinese food from the beginning especially vermicelli noodles! And I am now 34 weeks and currently sat get booted by my little one in the stomach. So hasn't caused her any problems.
The fact that they are plain noodles and not meat etc means that it should be fine. Personally I would go ahead and enjoy them. xxx

The safe amount of time any food should be left out is maximum four hours then bacteria will rapidly multiply. Pregnant women are adviced to not touch food left out for more than two. Ok there's no meat but heat does not kill all food poisoning bacteria that could grow so personally I would bin it. After doing a food hygiene course I'm obsessive about it Grin. Like you said if you had it in fridge then maybe but certainly not left out overnight x
