Where can I get nice, reasonably trendy clothes for work, to suit a growing bump?

Hello all
After sitting through a job interview nearly passing out from the new tightness of my last fitting skirt, I need work clothes, and fast (had to take of belt and open button in the street as soon as I got out of there!

I don't want to spend a fortune but also want to hold onto my dignity for a little while longer. Am only 3 months but already none of my clothes fit around the waist.
Anyone seen good, reasonably fashionable dresses that will tide me over? Maternity or otherwise...

Thanks!

Asos maternity is good.

I have bought most of my maternity clothes on eBay!

H&M, New Look or try what I did... ask around. You may know family/ friends who have a drawer full of maternity clothes just sitting there!

ASOS is good for work stuff. Just got my first pair of work maternity trousers from there as I was sick of feeling uncomfortable - despite being a way off having a bump! Also free delivery and returns so worth ordering a few sizes to try.

Cos. Doesn't look 'maternity' but none of their stuff has a waist!

Thanks!
Am at the early stages so feeling/ looking fat rather than pregnant Smile
Has anyone managed to get away with wearing non pg clothes, eg tunics, for any length of time?

Ooh, asos is cool - just been on the site and they even have a sale on Smile
For those experience ladies, can I just buy my usual size, but in maternity, or am I likely to swell elsewhere? (Am trying to eat sensibly and do the odd bit of exercise)

firsttimer. Yes you can just buy your Pre pregnancy size. So I was a size 8-10 Pre pregnancy and I am now 21+1 and all my maternity are size 8-10.

I am 24 weeks and so far have bought 1 maternity pair of leggings, everything else is still normal (ie non-maternity) clothes. I've bought a couple of a-line tops and a pair of elastic-waist trousers but they are from normal lines.
It is getting to the stage now where most trousers are uncomfortable so I have a few maternity pairs on order, but dresses/tops are still fine. I really wouldn't say you need to go out and buy loads of stuff unless everything you own is tailored.

Quod that's genius, I never thought of Cos!

You can get away with sizing up, particularly with tops, until well into your third trimester. I'm 32 weeks and still in normal H&M long line vests and loose long cardis.

Invest in a good skirt or two (pencil style maybe) and trousers if poss - although I've never found any suit style ones I was happy with. Tops are much easier.

I've worn a lot of dresses - Isabella Oliver is fab, and available on eBay at a third of the price.

Isabella Oliver has a sale on at the moment. I bought a dress from there and I'm really happy with it, but I won't be wearing it for a while as it needs a bigger bump!

At 16+5 I can still get away with most of my normal dresses. They don't look elegant but they're far more comfortable than my skirts and trousers/shorts as they tend to be looser around the tummy.
