Best breast feeding vests?

Right sounds abit odd but after I had DS I looked like shit and want to at least look less shit this time. I felt really down a out myself for an awfully long time and the size16 clothes which I thought would at least hide the flab made me look even bigger.

Have joggers and harem pants from hush and toast and going to get myself some ash pumps and wear with boyfriend cardis but need good long feeding vests to wear underneath.

Are the Isabella Oliver ones any good? I have quite a few of their pieces and think they are really good quality but I would want about 5 vests and it makes it v v expensive!!

Not strictly what you're looking for, but I've been using the h&m maternity vests as my underlayer for breast feeding. They cost 9.99 for two (black and white) and are made of a really nice stretchy material so you can simply pull down the top of the vest. I've been wearing another layer on top for modesty.

I've just been using the ones from Next (not maternity) 2 for £7 and lots of different colours.

The mothercare ones are ace, but £15 each. They are quite longline and have the nursing catches on the strap.

I got a bunch of stretchy vests from primark, they're only about £2 or £3, lots of lycra, long line and in loads of colours and stretchy enough to just pull one side under your bra rather than faffing with catches.

I used the jojo maman bebe ones and they were feeding ones. They have 10% off at the moment.

Don't get the isabella Oliver ones, they have a thick secret support layer and would be useless for breast feeding. H&M do a long vest top - £3.99, not particularly for breast feeding but you just wear under your top and pull down when you need to feed (lifting up the top layer so no boobage is revealed). Much much better & cheaper!

Ooohh thanks guys. Will look at all of those options, will save me a fortune which ever one I go for it seems.

As an observer this post has been really helpful in understanding the 'logistics' of bf.

I got loads of spaghetti strap vest from M&S - think they were 2 for £7? Lots of colours, nice and stretchy, and you just pull down the top to get the boob out and keeps your mummy tummy nice and covered. I got htem in the next size up so they didn't cling and had the stretch.
