Ok when I mean rough sex, I don't mean whips and chains. I'm talking about being pounded hard Grin but can this cause a miscarriage if the sex is too vigorous and rough?

As others have said, there is no clear risk to rough sex.
However, test the waters to begin with as I found hard thrusting really quite painful down there in the first trimester. Not sure why...

I know I’m late but I just lost my baby and it was due to sex like real ruff vigorous sex he kept hitting the same spot in my guts over and over again next thing you know I started cramping and bleeding just a lil like spots then at the time I didn’t know I was pregnant I couldn’t walk I was cramping so bad that I couldnt get up to use the restroom I had to slide out the bed and barely stand to walk cus If I had stood up straight something in my uterus felt like it was goin to burst so too weeks letter I find out I’m pregnant I’m happy and nervous and ended peein and blood pour out of me I knew it though I lost all my pregnancy symptoms like fatigue and sore breast
