I'm 25 weeks pregnant and bambino keeps laying on a nerve and the pain it's that intense I can't walk and lasts for minutes to over an hour at times. is there anything I can do to move her when this happens?

Actually down your side? Or to the right but in your pelvis?

Sorry I'm asking because a pain that intense would be quite unusual and I didnt want to panic you by just saying go see doc pronto.

But SPD can do it and prevent mobility but lots they can do to ease that.

I had something like that happen to me, just the once. I'd been on my feet all day and all of a sudden I couldn't walk. I was stuck in the middle of the town centre hanging onto my DH for about 10 minutes. As quick as it came it went again.

Have you been standing a lot or walking around for hours?

I sympathise, because it was excruciating.

it's about 3inches to the side of my belly button, it can come at any point ( laid down, stood up or sitting down) when I rang the midwife she said it doesn't sound like anything to worry about but couldn't give.any advice on what I could do to ease the pain. I'm also not doing a lot of exercise (walking but bit much else) as I still have a lot if sickness which flares up a lot with movement x

Its reassuring that you've spoken to the midwife.

Have you tried warm baths they can help with pain and there are lots of pain killers you can take even quite heavy duty ones that you dr can prescribe

not tried hot/warm baths I've had a few people tell me.it's dangerous to increase your body temperature through things like baths and saunas. as a first time mum to be its scared me quite a bit so I've tried to avoid them. I will try that tonight though. thanks for.your comments girls Smile
