Just that really. I am finding it hard to do the exercises myself. Any advice appreciated. Thank You

Whoa!!!! What's this??? A machine that helps pelvic floor?
Can this be true??? Please, tell me more.....

I've heard of these.. They look like curling irons, that give a bit of resistance and something to squeeze against. I haven't used one myself but I did read that you can get them on prescription from your doctor after your baby is born... If that's true then they must work pretty well.

ive heard that you can get ones that emit an electric pulse like those slendertone things?
id be too scared to use one during pregnancy but am definitely going to get one once ive given birth.

Hi there. I used a pelvic toner after having DS2 and it worked really well. It's the one that gives off a small electric pulse but it's not in the least bit uncomfortable.

I'm now pregnant with DC3 and I've been seeing a women's health physio. I've stopped using my toner but she said she reckons there's no harm in using them during pregnancy. There are concerns there may be a link to miscarriage but no evidence.

They definitely work though so they're worth buying, if not for now, for post delivery.

Which ine do you have Jorior??

I have one called an Epi-No, it reduces the chance of tearing in labour and strengthens your pelvic floor, it even has a dial so you can see how much stronger it is getting week to week! You use it throughout your pregnancy and then afterwards too. ...

I'm three weeks into the kegel8 which basically are a weighted ball with a stick on the end that you insert and then do your exercises.
I ordered it off the Internet at £29.99 it wasn't cheap but it has been worth every penny, within a week I could play badminton and stay dry which I wasn't able to do before, I even had an experimental bounce on the kids trampoline this week (not for long though!)
I'd say Ida definitely worth it.

Hi Before you buy anything read The Kegel Legacy. There are products that work and products that don't, and exercises that work and exercises that don't! Just search 'the kegel legacy'. It's £1.99 on Kindle but there is a free download on the website.
