I felt tired with my two daughters, but boy all mighty I feel completely zonked out all the time. Afternoons are worse for me.

Any tips on keeping my energy levels up? (I'm still breastfeeding dd2 and she does wake 1-2 a night sometimes more if teething..

So I know sleep is 1, and fluids I guess. What else?! I feel like a zombie! I feel if I slow down or 'rest' if they're napping - ill stop and feel worse.

Then I keep going and end up burning myself out! I felt better about 11 weeks with dd1, and 12-13 weeks with the dd two... I'm now 11

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yeah, sleep and fluids are key. Don't feel bad sitting down on the sofa and snuggling in front of ceebeebies and trying to get a surreptitious nap in for a good few hours each day, it's not going to be like this forever! Batch cook dinners or bung ingredients in a slow cooker so that all you need to do is reheat.

Farm the kids out to grandparents for an afternoon/few hours Grin and sit down and do nothing or have a soak in the bath and a sleep. I've found this is the only way i can recharge my batteries.

I'm just over 8 weeks and have a very active toddler and just feel exhausted. Only other thing is to get early nights whenever you can.

Cbeebies! Early first trimester is an absolute killer, I would get in from work and tuck up with DS and have a 15min catnap before starting on feeding everyone. I rated programmes on how long they were - wooly and rig is only 5mins whereas postman pat you can get a good nap on the go x

I did it hard to nap in the day as I end up feeling more tired if that's even possible.

And more than likely my dd1 won't nap, and dd2 will have her 2 hours. Or they will both nap and I just find something that needs (I think needs) doing.

We do playgroups three-four times a week so keep them busy, and things at home. I let them out in the garden but still have to keep watch as dd2 like the "everything is edible" stage lol

Is berocca safe? I also think I feel worse having my hay fever too, always makes me groggy. Is piriton safe?

I need to get a slow cooker, and bigger freezer storage!

Any food slow cooker recipes!?
