Nothing's changed essentially, but the good news is that baby is now head down and will hopefully stay that way, the amniotic fluid level is now within normal range, and I will be allowed to give birth spontaneously and naturally as things stand now. 
Doctor did offer to induce me if I wanted to, but I said no.
Will have another scan in two weeks' time, to see how things are then, unless of course I go into labour beforehand!
