I am 12 weeks with number 2 and have not been obsessing over books and web sites on baby progress this time. However I thi nk this has led to me forgetting certain things from first pregnancy.
Had forgotton how painful tummy cramps could be in first few weeks.
Forgot how much bigger tummy is in the evening to the morning. Am almost flat tummy when I get up and look 5 months when I go to bed.
How tired you get in first few months, was working ft last time, am running around after toddler now but do get to put feet up a bit more than when I worked.

I forgot the exhaustion. I forgot the unrelenting sickness until about week 16.

Then I forgot how painful contractions actually were.

Then I forgot how much newborns feed and how little they sleep.

Then I forgot about the fucking blessed relief when you realise you've had a WHOLE week without having to wake up in the night for a wee, to be sick, or to feed or soothe a crying baby.

I forgot the big beautiful eyes looking up at my face and following me around the room and being able to recognise me - which makes me think it is worthit even though my labour was HELL!Confused

My youngest is 9 and I am 12 weeks pregnant again and I don't remember any of the way I have felt this time have had 3 mc's since dd but never got this far x

candr you'll probably manage better than those who've had a taste of decent sleep. Is there a DP or DH? If so, they should deal with the 19mo and you deal with the baby (assuming BF). If you FF, they can do more with the baby. If you're on your own, put both in your bed, one each side!

The tiredness! Working full time then having to be mummy to my five yr old is exhausting!

And the indigestion!
