Enjoyable activities for final weeks/days before baby?

I live overseas and my mum will be visiting when I get to 37wks 5days.

Hopefully baby will still be inside until after that because Mammy is to take care of DS on arrival day. Statistically there's a 93% chance baby will come after Mammy. DS arrived on his due date, so with any luck I'll get to spend some quality time with my mum. DH will be off work too so he can take care of DS allowing Mammy and me to have fun.

I'm in week 33 now and baby is lying very low. Already finding walking around very tiring and causes lots of aches and pains but still manage it.

Any ideas what activities a very heavily pregnant, soon to be 39 year old could enjoy with her 65 year old mother? I see so little of mammy I'm really looking forward to it.

So far I'm thinking: lunch

Go shopping, go for a movie, visit to the theatre :)

Also, you might want to start preparing meals for the freezer for when your mum leaves?

Spa day and massage.
Swimming.
Pedi/manicure.

You may need to include DS in your plans though, if he doesn't see his granny much then he may need some bonding time so doesn't freak out when left with her?

Second the spa day, that combines nice lunch, massage, swim etc.
if not possible just a treatment somewhere like a pedicure.

I went to several gigs and a festival.

Buy the Downton Abbey box set and watch it together with lots of chocolate!

Afternoon tea? Not sure if you can get it where you live but eating loads of cakes is always fun IMO. Shopping for baby things? I also second theatre/ cinema

Going to a spa sounds like a good idea, thanks. My mum loves shopping but I don't. I may be persuaded to do some cute baby clothes shopping though. Good idea to also include DS. There's a nice quiet playground close to our home. We can spend time there and in the woodland nearby.
I wouldn't be into going to any gigs or being around people drinking. I definitely don't want to queue for a loo. Even if I wasn't preggers, I think my festival days are over.
Thanks for all the suggestions! Cool.

Cinema! Especially in the middle of the day. That is the one thing we really can't do anymore.
