Anyone else had this?I'm 31 weeks with DC3 and my feet are unbearably hot at night and it is stopping me sleeping. They are not itchy.Feel like I need to stick them in a bucket of icy water or walk on a marble floor.Even last night when it was snowing it was awful.Any recommendations/foot sprays/creams/anything that might help?Did not have it this early or badly with DCs 1&2.Thanks

The evian or similar water sprays might help? I was also given a sanctuary cooling leg gel but
Think I would have preferred the water spray as the gel feels quite sticky

An empty cola bottle filled with water & frozen -

Arjun cream (it's like aqueous cream with menthol in it). I got it prescribed last pregnancy because of itching (obstetric cholestasis & rash), but I think you can actually get it over the counter or on the internet and it's got a WONDERFUL cooling effect. Lasts for quite a while too.

Wear wet socks? Not joking!

God I had this too, it's totally awful - literally the only think that helped was going and standing in the bath with the cold water running on my feet in the middle of the night, that was my only relief - my sympathies :(

This was my first symptom of obstetric cholestasis. Worth getting your bloods done at next midwife apot.

Me too. I sleep with them sticking out of the duvet even though I have no central heating and it is literally only 10c in my house. And still they feel too hot. I'm hoping it goes away after I've given birth.

Thanks for all your replies..midwife didn't want to do liver fu cation and was unconcerned.Let's hope she is right.Have now bought some Body Shop cooling leg gel & mint foot spray which helps, and turned the central heating down a bit so it's slightly more bearable.
