What sort of bag are you taking with you to hospital?

First time round i packed a labour bag, baby bag and bag for myself and it felt like DH was lugging around too much!

This time round i am thinking of packing a suitcase with it all in one - would that be ok do you think? Don't want the hospital to think i'm moving in!

I'm taking a wheelie suitcase. I'm not the lightest of travellers at the best of times but can imagine panic adding about a million things, thus a suitcase it really must be Grin

I'm planning to have a 'trolley dolly' wheeled case (ie the size you are allowed as hand luggage on a standard flight) with my stuff, then another bag for the baby which I think might just be the changing bag I've bought.

I am planning to only take enough stuff for the baby for basically two days / one night. If something happens which means we have to stay in longer I would have supplemental things packed at home, which Mr Bona can literally just lift, put in the car and go.

A small wheelie suitcase for me too! Although my last labour was 45 mins so didn't even use much stuff and gave birth in the top I arrived in and only used some bits for my baby!!! Was out with a few hours but you never know as its so unpredictable!
Good luck xx

I will be taking a wheelie bag (hand luggage size) for my own stuff and will be using the changing bag to put my baby's stuff in, it's quite a big bag and will fit everything. It's this one > www.storksak.com/product.php?shopprodid=16&variantid=53 Sortksak Kate
