Help, my nightmare pregnancy is continuing to be a nightmare. I've 5 miscarriages under my belt, hyperemesis, spd and now baby is in this weird position, which unless it moves by xmas eve, means I will be admitted on xmas eve until it arrives. The consultant thinks the baby is quite mobile and so there is a chance it will move either head down or classic breech. However, if it remains oblique, there is a real risk of cord prolapse, that is life threatening for baby. Does anyone have any experience of this? What happened? I'm scared stupid. I've one beautiful DD who arrived 2 weeks early following spontaneous rupture of membranes. Am cra**ing myself that waters might break with this one too. I feel like a ticking time bomb. I'm trying to sit on a birthing ball, but to be honest is really uncomfortable for spd as is crawling around on the floor. Anyone know what I might try or how to keep sane in the meantime?
