Bah - can't remember if I took into account the US cup sizes when I ordered Confused I guess I will just have to see what turns up...

I recall trying on a beige 36 and it was too loose even on the tightest setting, but when I tried on a black 34 even at its loosest I had the most hideous back/underarm overspill!

Agree to getting some cheap stretchy ones first as you'll be Dolly Parton exploding boobs at first and then things will settle down.

Some good tips on here already about different brands and I've tried several. Ones I particularly liked were John Lewis and the reason is there have a large 'flap' so when you unhook them half your boob is still covered. Once baby latched on, you're still covered up. Might no it be a major consideration but helped my confidence in the early days feeding out and about. Comfy too :)

I went to be measured at Bravissimo today and also got the Sophie one. It seemed nice and comfy and not too hideous. I'm also an E usually but was measured as HH! I was different sizes in different brands though. They were really helpful in the shop though.

Hi, I've just ordered a selection of different sizes and styles from www.nursingbra-shop.co.uk after disastrous attempts to find something that is well fitting and supportive from mothercare. I gave up - their bras just don't fit me and ride up at the back(even after being fitted by their staff they still didn't fit properly). THe nursing bra shop was free delivery and you have 45 days to return items. Yes you have to pay up front quite a substantial amount of money to get a good selection delivered but I'm hoping they refund me quickly for the bras I didn't want. I kept the panache Sophie bra, a hotmilk and an Anita bra. All fit much much better than others I've tried on and they had a good selection of sizes and all the same designs as on figleaves, so if you're stuck it's worth looking on there. I'm really pleased wih my bras and am going to start wearing them now even though baby's not quite here yet! Can't believe the horrible frumpy maternity bras I've been wearing compared to the beautiful nursing bras that are available.

Just in case it's relevant I am a size 40E/F cup, so a good fitting well supporting bra is a must!

www.globalmaternity.com/Nursing+Bras/0_CAAA011_CAAA038.htm I bought some from here. Worth a look. The HOTmilk Eclipse and Chic nursing bras goes up to a G cup; as do the Emma-Jane and Panache Sophie nursing bras.

I have big boobs (32H) so I have always had problems with Bras and tend to get my bras from Bravissimo. Unfortunately, I found the bras at Bravissimo unflattering and uncomfortable with little room for growth. I was really starting to panic and went into Mothercare only to find that their maternity bras only went up to a G in a couple of ranges :(.

Whilst there I came across another solution which is more like a crop top. I have now ordered two of the Mothercare comfort fit nursing bras in a Large. They don't look like they do in the photo (i.e. i could do with some more material as my boobs are probably slightly bigger than the bra was designed for) but, they are very very comfortable, very stretchy so it will grow with me and it gives me a good shape (obviously not like a bra does but 100% better than other maternity bras I have tried on).

Primark have 2 packs of nursing bras for £8 which has been great for me as mine have slowly increased over the weeks from a 34c to a 36e. I've just bought a new pack each time one gets tight and I haven't broken the bank and now have a range of sizes for when I'm breastfeeding

I personally quite like mamaway's comfy bras for everyday wear. They are super comfortable to wear and very stretchy. Now they are having a promotion- 3 for £54 plus free pads. For a bit of luxury, I have a couple from Elle Mcpherson, very sassy.

Hi
I bought all my nursing bras from www.mumtybumpty.com
I bought their black maternity bra and their gold ivory maternity bra which I've worn all through my pregnancy.
I've also bought the pretty pink and black nursing bra which is an Anita one which Mumty Bumpty also sell. It's slightly padded but gives a great shape and has extra space for when I'll be breastfeeding in the coming months. I am tempted to buy one of their magnetic bras too as they look really good and there seems to be some good reviews about them. Will see how I get on, but I would recommend them anyway.

just got a Royce bra from www.NursingBra-Shop.co.uk. Its very supportive and much better than flimsy mothercare ones which I used first time round. I also have an Elle Macpherson one which is very much supportive and comfortable as well!
