Anyone else had this. Happened twice in the last 2 days, shaking hands, trembling legs and feeling very faint/ dizzy. Passes after 20 mins or so? Am 9w5d. Have had a scan at 7 weeks all was well and have another scan tomorrow. Should I be worried?

Do you eat anything during this period? It sounds a bit like a low blood sugar episode? Not uncommon in pregnancy.

I think both episodes were just before lunch... I've had awful sickness during this pregnancy so eating her been sporadic. Haven't actually thought of something as simple as that, we've had so many problems and false starts my mind seems to leap to the worse case scenario!!

Try your best to keep some little snack to hand to keep your blood sugar level stable. Little pots of rice pudding are handy (not great I know) but they are portable and quick to eat.
Fig rolls were my saviour, just try and eat something little and often, difficult I know if you are feeling awful.

I'd also say low blood sugar - eating little and often can help stabilise sugar levels, and also I've heard many people say it staves off the nausea a bit :) By the time you get to the shaking part it's too late, you need to eat earlier so that the food can be digested before you feel bad. Low GI things are best (I ate a lot of oatcakes in my last pregnancy!) but not always what you want to eat!

could be low blood sugar
but

if you are worried go and see your midwife.
i don't think it sounds normal.

I get this when I have low blood sugar and got it quite a bit in the first trimester. Honey-and-peanut-butter sandwiches on wholegrain bread are really good for fixing it.
