That's it really. I have resolved to keep active and go swimming every day etc, but it's going to be pissing down with rain all week, so I think I'll just get some sofa time. Any recommendations?

Get a haircut. Pluck your eyebrows. Make some meals for the freezer - ensuring that they can be eaten with one hand and no cutting up.

The Walking Dead is good if you like being scared out of your pants.

True Blood also very good (I'm team Eric, all the way!)

In my head I'm the sort of person who goes swimming everyday while on mat leave, in reality, I've watched a lot of Jeremy Kyle!

I'm on maternity leave and was recommended Grey's Anantomy, it's fab on season 4 already. Also a massive fan of Dexter, gory but really gets you hooked!

Absolutely The Wire. Also How I met your mother.
Definitely second going to the cinema and other things you can't do with a baby and saving the box sets for newborn time.
Although I found that I couldn't watch anything vaguely emotional when DS was a newborn as I just ended up a sobbing mess! Randomly ended up watching lots of Inspector Morse and Homes under the Hammer!

I'm watching Teachers at the moment..... There's loads on the 4OD app as well in the catch up section.

Also, practise your one handed typing! ;)

DS 19 days old.....feeding...again!

Many of the recommendations here are available on Netflix - I have made great use of my £6 a month subscription especially after my baby arrived - makes the night feeds much more bearable!

Can't recommend it enough!
