Am looking for a nice bag with a split compartment for mine and babys things :) preferably a little set or something.
Suggestions?

Not quite so lovely sounding but I had a pre baby bag with the bare essentials for baby - ie nappy, babygro- and then a second bag for arrival with mine and baby's bits in.
I found 2 very lightweight holdalls which folded up to nothing so I could stow the bags in the locker.

Have you laid out everything you need? You could probably take two separate bags - I certainly could do. We have packed quite a big rucksack (includes a pillow, but still, there's quite a bit of stuff).

Not yet - got untill December to do my packing :) just having a think and trying to get prepared and spread the cost!

I've borrowed a pull along case on wheels as I didn't see any point in buying something new. As I'm hoping to go home quickly so we're just using the changing bag for the baby's things with an additional full pack of nappies in my bag. If it's longer I'll just have to send DH home with a bag to wash and get him to bring more stuff - he's pretty reliable for bringing sensible clothes that match
though Shock

I have too many pillows and supports to go in a bag so they will just go on my knee (wheelchair)

I haven't bought anything special to cart stuff in.

I'm taking a regular holdall containing all my stuff, plus a pack of nappies and blanket for baby.
And then I've packed the change bag with all things for baby (inc a few loose nappies in case I am moved pre delivery and don't have my holdall with me.

My top tip is to divide baby's things into clear freezer bags with labels and put them within your bag in case your DH or a midwife has to organise/dress your newborn for any reason. So sub-divide into say, 1 bag for the post-birth outfit (vest, babygro, nappy), 1 for going-home outfit (inc jacket, cardi, hat, whatever), & 1 for general changes of clothes.
